Maverick uses the latest leak-detection technology to monitor its assets and quickly detect and mitigate unplanned releases on site. Real-time field data is automatically sent to a centralized location, where potential environmental impacts are remotely isolated.

Maverick’s business model and modern, scalable systems are designed to accommodate growth. As assets are acquired, the company is able to swiftly modernize older infrastructure, extracting value from mature fields to maximize production.

In 2022, swiftly moving wildfires in Oklahoma threatened Maverick’s operations. Working from the company’s centralized operations center, Incident Command was able to remotely monitor and control the assets in real time, shutting in at-risk wells without sending people into the fire zone and bringing production back online once the danger had passed. The response was successful, with no injuries to Maverick employees or damage to Maverick property.
